Choose Between Two Options
- $25 for a one-hour semiprivate surfing lesson (a $55 value)
- $45 for two one-hour semiprivate surfing lessons (a $110 value)
Each lesson begins on land, with a CPR-certified instructor demonstrating basic surfing, paddling, and safety techniques. Students then follow their instructor into the water to practice atop soft-top boards, which are extra wide and specifically designed for beginners. Surfers of all skill levels can participate, and students can use their own gear if they prefer.
Lessons take place at the north end of Spring Lake beaches and are limited to four students. Starting in late June and running through Labor Day, lessons are offered daily; see the calendar at the bottom of the lessons page for upcoming times.
