$39 for women’s boot-camp classes (a $200 value). Choose from the following options:

Bridgeport Fitness’s boot camps employ high-intensity interval-training exercises. The 30-minute classes take place in instructor Renea’s garage at the following times:

  • Monday and Wednesday at 5:15 a.m., 6 a.m., and 6:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
  • Friday at 5:15 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Bridgeport Fitness

Most women begin an exercise routine to lose their baby weight; NASM-certified personal trainer Renea entered a figure competition. She brings that same moxie to Bridgeport Fitness's women's boot-camp classes, which burn calories and tone bodies using high-intensity interval-training exercises. If you have agoraphobia—the fear of many sweaty people working out at once—she also offers onsite personal training.
