- Monday and Wednesday at 5:15 a.m., 6 a.m., and 6:45 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- Friday at 5:15 a.m. and 6 a.m.

She brings that same moxie to Bridgeport Fitness's women's boot-camp classes, which burn calories and tone bodies using high-intensity interval-training exercises.
