Laura was the instructor for the class. She is also the owner. I really liked the way she explained the postures and she also reminded us to focus on the details of the posture to maximize the benefits and minimize risk for injury. She also reminded us to breathe through out the class...which sounds like a no brainer but it is quite easy to hold your breath when you are so focused on getting into the proper posture or when you're just uncomfortable. Laura was also very welcoming and the class had a very friendly vibe.
