Cycle in Motion's schedule reflects that diversity, with class types ranging from traditional spinning and triathlon training to full-body workouts. No matter the class, though, exercisers can rest assured that the ride is ultimately theirs to control—meaning they can go at their own speed, pedal at a comfortable intensity level, and blast through pretend milk stands if they so choose.
