Fittingly, the sisters who run Dayme's Yoga & Massage Studio each represent one of those faces. Dayna discovered yoga as a new mother in search of some personal time and a way to stay in shape. The practice transformed her life. Jayme left her premed program and exchanged mainstream medicine for the art of massage, which she studied at the American Institute of Allied Health. Once certified in their chosen professions, they decided to combine their services into a single studio of wellness where they help bodies bend, stretch, and untie internal knots caused by stress or ingested shoelaces.
