Yadi Presents Winter Wonder Candyland

Hearkening back to the Candyland show that first brought Yadi Presents to eye-popping prominence, Winter Wonder Candyland is a peppermint-fresh show sure to get audiences in the holiday spirit. Hosted by Lili Vonschtupp, the self-proclaimed "foul-mouthed buxom godmother of LA burlesque," the evening features fellow scantily-clad stars including Burlesque Hall of Famer Lux LaCroix and Miss Viva Las Vegas 2010 Ruby Champagne. While garments are flung and jingle bells jingled, singer Bella Luna croons seasonal tunes even spicier than "I Saw Mama Kissing Santa Claus."

Yadi Presents

Yadi Presents melds traditional burlesque with contemporary source material. Since the company's inception, performers with names like Meowberry Deathly, Lady Josephine, and Dolly Danger have conjured titillating, vaudevillian versions of Night of the Living Dead and Grease, and have even taken on the songs of Johnny Cash. Over the course of a single show, cast members shimmy out of their clothes, shake off their autumn leaves, play characters of opposite genders, and pay tribute to pop culture with equal amounts of kitsch and artistry.
