The lead trainer of iChooseFit, AJ Tucker, earned a fitness-training certification between missions in the U.S. Army, guiding the fitness forays of his fellow servicemen in a makeshift gym in Baghdad. His homefront boot camps cycle through a three-day schedule designed to challenge the body with a new routine in each session. Strength-training day bulks frames with kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and pull-up machines, whose effects combine to torch calories and help patrons karate-chop through parking meters. Trainers choose the second class's focus from a handful of fitness specialties, such as the gym's most popular option, the boot-camp boxing class, where participants bring their own gloves and punch away their pounds. Day three bolsters fitness camaraderie, grouping patrons in pairs or teams to complete exercise drills or synchronize their sweat patterns. Although iChoosefit's trainers ask for the utmost intensity from each student, they motivate only with positivity.

iChoosefit

Certified trainer, AJ Tucker, acquired myriad methods of staying fit while playing college football, training for jui jitsu, and during his four-year service with the U.S. Army. Today, he molds all that experience into a three-day-a-week boot camp that incorporates strength straining, a specialty class such as boxing, and a session designed for fun where participants buddy-up and complete a more light-hearted session of exercises. He also offers private boot camps that can be held at the office, school, or front yard.
