Boot campers begin with stretching before bursting into an interval workout of weightlifting, TRX Suspension Training, squats, and plyometrics. Instructors compose workouts around the tenets of muscle confusion and interval training in order to build endurance, tone muscles, and burn fat.
Ivyleague Fitness challenges members to shape their bodies and themselves through up-tempo workouts that amp up endorphins. Instructors create an environment where students benefit from the positive social component of the boot-camp classes and ultimately achieve more in a group than they could individually. Along with traditional boot camps, Ivyleague Fitness proffers sessions in TRX Suspension Training and Tender Touch boot camps that gently ease students back into the fitness fold after injuries.
