Tooth whitening can help remove stains left by coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or--the most popular hot beverage of all--all of the above mixed together in a shoebox lined with wax paper (you drink it by punching a hole in the bottom). Smile brighter with this Groupon.

Choose from Three Options

  • $39 for a dental exam, x-rays, and cleaning (a $229 value)
  • $99 for a Zoom! teeth-whitening treatment (a $599 value)
  • $129 for a dental exam, x-rays, cleaning, and Zoom! teeth-whitening treatment (an $828 value)

Dental technicians give teeth a thorough exam and use x-rays to spot potential problems. During the one-hour Zoom! teeth-whitening process, technicians apply a hydrogen peroxide gel to teeth, keeping it away from the gums and cheeks. When UV light is focused onto the teeth, the gel releases oxygen, which breaks up stains and discoloration.

LA Dental Arts

After graduating from University of Chicago, Dr. Yury Bershadsky says he became one of the youngest students ever admitted to Northwestern University’s Dental School. After graduating with honors, Dr. Bershadsky took his talents west to open LA Dental Arts and continue his study of cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. The doctor has earned certifications in orthodontics and bone grafting and works with his staff to answer all of patrons’ questions. Dr. Bershadsky and the team at LA Dental Arts are also certified in CERED 3-D technology, which uses digital technology to quickly create crowns. Products from Zoom! and Invisalign also help leave smiles beautiful in school photos or when directed eerily at a pile of gasoline cans.

The Groupon Guide to: Clarinets

Everyone remembers hearing someone say, "If that music doesn't have dozens of clarinets tooting their notes, making the sounds come out of the end that the mouth doesn't go, then no thank you, sir!" Here's why so many people are loving the clarinet:

  • The clarinet has a warm, mellow tone, not like the trumpet, which just sounds like a big pile of garbage that's sitting there stinking it up but also making musical noises.

  • The clarinet is easy on the eyes, with all that straightness. That trumpet has sleek, alluring curves. You want kids looking at that? No, thank you.

  • You can take a clarinet apart. Can you take a trumpet apart? No, not just the mouthpiece. I'm talking about really taking it apart. You can do that to a good ol' woodstraw (a clarinet). Trust me.

  • There are dozens of famous clarinet players, such as Woody Allen and all those men that Woody Allen plays clarinet with. The only trumpet player who is remotely famous is the man whose life inspired the Broadway musical The Music Man, and he's probably dead.

Why is America in love with the clarinet?
