Practicing yoga helps you redirect the flow of your energy, just like rolling up your car windows and screaming. Find a peaceful place with this Groupon.

Choose from Three Options

  • $15 for four youth yoga classes ($29 value)
  • $25 for four chi machine sessions ($48 value)
  • $20 for four adult yoga, nia, or tai chi classes ($40 value)

Nia classes involve sensory-based movement, while chi machine sessions oscillate the body and can help relax clients, detoxify, and increase blood flow. Youth yoga classes include breathing exercises, creative imagery, and relaxation techniques, and are for ages 5-9. See the class schedule here, and find more info on yoga classes here.

Everyone on Livewell's staff works together to help clients achieve mental and physical wellness. Doctor of Chiropractic Andrew Lobacz performs adjustments, licensed massage therapist Kay Qualls doles out soothing massages, and a team of yoga instructors help students get in shape and shed stress. And then, of course, there's the Flex 151 program. These weekly 15-minute workouts consist of 3–5 exercises that emphasize muscle contraction, helping to deliver maximum results with minimum potential for injury.
