Boot camp, which lasts for 45 minutes, consists of either a metabolic- or strength-training session for groups of up to 15. During metabolic sessions, campers move through a training circuit designed to increase aerobic and anaerobic activity in intervals. Strength sessions focus on proper form and utilize such equipment as dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
Revolution Fitness Systems
Revolution Fitness Systems tailors workout regimens to the needs of the individual client, creating a customized program based on a strategy session. Before diving into workout routines, clients meet with coaches to review workout and injury history, evaluate flexibility and range of motion, and receive a free body diagnostic. The facility features a team of fitness coaches that heads personal-training sessions and two types of boot-camp sessions. One, a strength-based workout, focuses on building muscle, whereas the other, a circuit training workout, focuses on conditioning.
