Ideal for any level of fitness, the 45-minute classes follow a program designed to maximize metabolism and boost fat loss by utilizing body-weight exercises and a slew of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells. Rock’N Body schedules classes three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and provides flexible morning schedules—offering times ranging from 5:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.—to allow ample time for breakfast and the cryogenic unfreezing process.
