Exercise keeps the body in peak condition, which explains the marbleized ThighMaster lying next to Michelangelo's David. Enjoy an anatomical renaissance with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a four-week boot camp from Rock’N Body Boot Camps in Sussex (a $139 value).

The certified trainers at Rock’N Body Boot Camps help groups achieve their fitness goals with intense boot-camp classes within a 2,000-square-foot indoor facility. Students alternate between strength training and cardio interval training during intense yet accessible sessions that, unlike Girl Scout meetings, don’t involve tests of stamina requiring participants to tow semi trucks by hand. Ideal for any level of fitness, the 45-minute classes follow a program designed to maximize metabolism and boost fat loss by utilizing body-weight exercises and a slew of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells. Rock’N Body schedules classes three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and provides flexible morning schedules—offering times ranging from 5:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.—to allow ample time for breakfast and the cryogenic unfreezing process.

Fitness Revolution

Fitness Revolution dedicates all the center's resources to helping individuals work toward their own fitness aspirations. Group classes meet throughout the week in the 2,000-square-foot facility, where attendees of all fitness levels hone their technique and send calories scattering under her watchful eye. In keeping with their passion for interval training, Fitness Revolution's programs cycle through intense cardio blasts interspersed with metabolic resistance training that build muscle and boost metabolism. Meal plans written by a registered dietitian and occasional fitness assessments help attendees stick to their fitness goals outside of class, where they have to face the reality of readily available snacks and the constant hectoring of the Kool-Aid man.
