At Fitness & Fun Transformation Center, owner Armando Gutierrez and his staff lead heart-pumping sweat sessions designed to burn fat and strengthen muscles. Exercisers meet up nearly every day of the week for an hour of cardio, strength, and core circuit training that can include anything from squat thrusts and pushups to sprints and thumb wrestling. Armando and crew also supplement workouts with nutritional plans to help clients keep weight-loss plans on track.
