Fitness Classes in and near Natick, MA

So far have gone twice and Mary was the instructor and it has been so great. I have a few more classes to go but I am looking forward to the challenges and learning about myself through yoga.

I am very athletic and this is the best workout in the shortest time without ever being overbearing or overly complicated. I love that there are different variations of classes and monthly challenges to keep you motivated. Everyone is super nice and really fun.

Great introduction on the first day, and everyone was kind and helpful for a beginner. Classes seem to be offered most nights so there is opportunity to go multiple times a week even if your schedule varies.
