Choose from Three Options

TriFit Boot Camps

TriFit Boot Camps holds 60-minute boot camp, yoga, and run club classes in outdoor locations throughout Chicago. All sessions focus on building strength, endurance, core stabilization, balance, and flexibility through functional and multifunctional movements.
