Like lifting a car off of a baby with the power of your mind, Pilates strengthens both the body and brain, making practitioners aware of their breath and every muscle movement. Students build lithe, powerful cores while burning fat through a mixture of cardio and resistance training, and master Pilates techniques on a variety of equipment, including exercise balls and reformer equipment.
