Choose from Three Options
- C$25 for one month of ladies cardio-kick-boxing classes (a C$70 value)
Ladies’ cardio-kick-boxing classes get hearts pumping and impart basic self-defence skills in a safe, female-only environment. Students practice punches, kicks, plyometrics, and sit-ups to the rhythm of inspiring music.
- C$25 for one month of kenpo-karate classes (a C$70 value)
Kenpo-karate students jab and bow through programs tailored to a variety of experience levels, with classes for kindergarteners to adults. A traditional Chinese martial art, kenpo promotes self-control, teamwork, and balance to help pupils develop self-defence and sparring skills characterized by rapid-fire punches and kicks.
- C$25 for one month of recreational or competitive kick-boxing classes (a C$70 value)
Recreational kick-boxing classes include all the same workouts but leave out the actual fighting. Students in competitive classes, however, will step into the ring under the guidance of champions—Brandon Leaman is the 2011 IKF World Bantamweight Champion, and Robbie Wiseman holds the same honour in the Cruiserweight class for 2011 and 2012.
