Despite their natural agility, cheetahs avoid yoga because their spots slide off during headstands. Enjoy unspotted stretching with today's Groupon: for $30, you get 30 days of unlimited yoga classes (a $105 value) at Yoga Ah! Studio in Northside. Your Groupon is good for 30 consecutive days starting from your first visit.
Yoga Ah! is a full service yoga school offering classes for all levels in a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. Check the class schedule to build strength, endurance, and flexibility at your convenience, whether your workaday life is littered with business meetings or clandestine rendezvous with ghostly apparitions. Choosing from Ashtanga and Vinyasa, your neglected trunk and core muscles will lengthen and strengthen as your instructor takes you through the flowing movements. Yoga Ah! also offers Rocket, an Ashtanga-Vinyasa adaptation developed by Larry Schultz and designed for Western bodies. Kid Ah! welcomes the whole family with Baby and Me yoga sessions (6 weeks–1 year) and prenatal classes for gestating future yogis. Older kiddos might enjoy toddler yoga (ages 1–4), where they can stretch to imitate cats, cows, and downward facing Dobermans.
Yoga Ah! Studio also offers teacher training using the It's Yoga teacher training method. Upon course completion, pretzel posers are certified through the Yoga Alliance, an intergalactic federation with colonies on the flaming hot planet of Bikram.
This Groupon is not valid with other offers and is non-transferrable.

*The instructors at Yoga-ah are great; friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and are able to cater the various levels of the individuals in the class. The mood and pacing is constantly shifting at Yoga ah, as students of all ages lay out their mats for their class and prepare to harmonize body and mind. The students start young here, beginning, even in utero with prenatal classes. Adult classes follow an Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow, led by instructors who guide students through challenging poses. Intense moments occur during Rocket yoga—Ashtanga yoga classes, with a Pilates twist that aim to get students into inversions, arm balances, and outer space.
