Like Jello furniture and rules about starting bonfires in the workplace, human bodies are made to be bent. Help your body reach its potential for pliability with today's Groupon: for $49, you get one month of unlimited yoga classes and a $25 gift card at YogaWorks’ five New York City–area locations (a $174 value). Today's deal cannot be used toward Pilates classes, but it is valid for Pilates mat classes.

YogaWorks' fleet of expert instructors administers a spectrum of classes for benders of all abilities in five different studios. Limber up with well-known traditions such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa or sample lesser-known paths to lithe enlightenment, such as Iyengar, known in secret circles as the "way of the swift-handed dancing snake." Different poses unblock dammed channels of energy, and deep breathing suffuses the fatigued spirit with renewed vigor, like blowing into a Nintendo cartridge, allowing you to finally become flexible enough to eat your food with your feet and touch your earlobes together.

Armed with a $25 gift card, students can become customers by picking up stylish yoga gear at any YogaWorks’ studio shop. Envelop sinewy six packs in an Om Girl exclusive practice cami ($45) or pick up a collection of instructional DVDs ($10.99 each) to practice portable poses from the comfort of your living room or recreational submarine.

They offer a wide range of classes for a variety of levels. The teachers have all been wonderful- both knowledgable [sic]and challenging!

Maria S., Yelp, 3/15/11

The teaching is consistent and pleasant and the atmosphere is clean. It can be crowded for popular classes but that is yoga everywhere.
