Led by optometric physician Dr. L. Mitchell Clary, the friendly staff at Hill Vision helps customers frame their faces with designer glasses. Technicians fit single-vision lenses ($70+) with fashionable frames from designer brands including Vera Bradley, Polo, and Ed Hardy, helping wearers avoid blurry vision caused by near-, far-, or wherever-you-are-sightedness. Van Heusen's black plastic specs ($165+) can add sophistication to any outfit, and Geoffrey Beene frames (around $170) offer affordably stylish facial accessories for men and women. For a quick chromatic change-up, an array of colorful Armani Exchange frames (around $180) stands at the ready to match the color of patrons’ eyes or Lite-Brite teeth.
At his family-owned optometric practice, Dr. Jeff Long sharpens vision with prescription lenses and a selection of more than 1,000 frames with over 40 brands. In detailed fittings, the able optometrist garnishes peepers in Nike, Oakley, and Juicy Couture frames and outfits spectacles with single-vision, bifocal, trifocal, progressive, digital, and conventional lenses. A family-friendly establishment, the center extends its services to adults, children, and children stacked in trench coats pretending to be Sherlock Holmes.

Pro Tip: At BA Eye Site, we are dedicated to making your visit a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Do you offer your customers any extra perks?
We offer monthly specials that are available on our Facebook page. We try and keep connected with our patients via our Facebook page, blog, and Android mobile app. We believe it's our responsibility to educate our patients about their ocular health and their options. We take a team approach.
When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
As a young kid, I grew up around the optometry field. My parents both worked as certified opticians and technicians. I literally grew up around optometry and various practice settings, from private practices to commercial establishments.
What is one fun, unusual fact about your business?
We were able to take a decade worth of experience and apply that to a new practice in a different geographic and demographic area.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Dr. Ozment is residency trained in ocular disease and American Board of Opticianry (ABO) certified. He encourages the staff in continuing their education and training.
Since Dr. Stanley Pearle opened the doors to the first Pearle Vision in 1961, the franchise has expanded to more than 800 stores nationwide, including its Broken Arrow location, where Dr. H. Randy King draws on years of experience to assess the ocular health of patients no longer able to discern between aunts and ants in flowered dresses. In the store, opticians help customers navigate the assortment of frames from brands such as Versace, Ray-Ban, and Burberry. They also help focus the world with contacts from Acuvue, allowing cyclopes to throw away their anachronistic monocles and fit in with the 21st century's hip, nonprescription spyglasses.
Since Phil Clayton became the owner of TSO Optical 25 years ago, he's transitioned away from the traditional discount-eyewear model and toward a premium, boutique system that delivers higher-caliber frames. Since then, he's found that his smiling customers generally need fewer frame adjustments and less warranty work. Instead of opting for cut-rate glasses that have been blessed with a flashy label, his shop opts for quality glasses made by actual eyewear experts, housing a vibrant collection populated by frames from brands such as Oliver Peoples, Ray-Ban, and Tom Ford. A friendly and knowledgeable staff curates this vast selection, and an onsite optometrist provides prescriptions for both glasses and contacts. TSO Optical fills these frames with lenses made in their own laboratory, an onsite facility that cuts back on turnaround time so that clients get their glasses quickly and don’t have to extend the rental on their seeing-eye eagles.
