Ali'i Racing's head coach, Michael Kyle, named his triathlon training center after a Hawaiian term. It's only fair?Hawaii was the birthplace of one of the world's most iconic triathlons, Ironman Kona. The Hawaiian term in quesiton, "ali'i," meant "chiefly status" in ancient times.
Through Kyle's rigorous training programs, athletes can achieve just that. They perfect their running, swimming, and biking through months of clinics and group workouts. Kyle's training gets into the nitty-gritty of motion, too, with video analysis of clients' swimming styles and running gaits.

They foster an environment of support and encouragement as dancers soak up fundamental foot positions and learn to express themselves through fluid movements and flowing hand gestures. Students looking to shed excess pounds can speed up routines in one-hour aerobics classes, which lead groups though rigorous dance routines specifically designed to tone muscle.
Using audience suggestions as a creative springboard, Made Up Theatre’s quartet of resident performers conjures chortles with fully improvised scenes, games, and musical numbers every Saturday night at 8 p.m. Classes grant guests of varying performance backgrounds an opportunity to sample the art of improv before climbing through three ranks of classes that emphasize quick responses and structuring longer-form scenes. Made Up Theatre also totes its trick bag to the corporate world with team-building seminars that draw upon improv’s communicative foundation to improve group interactions and send stress off to take up residence in rant-fueled standup comics.
