Considering they're charged with maintaining an extensive array of equipment across 15 locations, it's a good thing each state-certified member of the SunsUp Tanning Centers team commits to at least 10 hours of update training each week. The constant training prepares the specialists for working with the centers' 10 types of standup and lay-down UV beds as well as with sunless Mystic Tan and VersaSpa booths. In addition to tanning, SunsUp offers the Fit body wrap, an infrared heat therapy designed to detoxify and slim the body. Patrons can adjust the wrap's four independent heat zones in 1-degree increments up to 130 degrees or until their body parts start to whistle.
A fixture in the automotive industry since 1980, Clarke's Discount Inc.’s efficiency-boosting services and repairs helped earn the shop certifications from the Department of Energy and the Department of Environmental Quality. Inside each service bay, ASE-certified technicians swap in factory quality parts backed by a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty. No matter the repair, Monday–Saturday hours do their best to accommodate busy schedules, while an early-bird and night-owl drop box cares for those who can't meet shop hours. Recognizing that some drivers prefer to fix things themselves, Clark's Discount Inc. also stocks a fully supplied repair shop flush with fluids, tools, and taped readings of the Kelley Blue Book.
At Mix 'N' Match Creamery, the process of getting an ice cream is almost as fun as eating it. After asking what flavor you'd like, a staff member places cream, sugar, and milk in a metal bowl, then blasts the mixture with a splash of liquid nitrogen that creates a sub-zero environment. As the cold, condensed-water cloud over the mixture evaporates, all that's left is wholesome, three-ingredient ice cream. The flavor options that can be added to the mix are virtually endless, as the team blends their many syrups with unique mix-ins, including chunks of cheesecake, bits of bacon, and crunchy Lucky Charms. The resulting treat can be scooped into a cone or waffle bowl to create a dessert that is easily portable and can be eaten in its entirety, much like a tin can of goat food.

The workouts at Drenched Boot Camp get the blood pumping, the muscles working, and the fat burning in less than an hour. Each 45-minute high-intensity session is created and guided by Julie Arts, a National Academy of Sports Medicine–certified personal trainer and certified TRX suspension trainer who has the motivational prowess to power students of all skill levels through a challenging yet rewarding class. Her sessions at JJ Jump begin with a jump in the bounce house to get students' bodies warmed up, stretch out muscles, and wiggle into tight workout shorts. Julie then leads her charges through 25–30 minutes of obstacle-course races, squats, pushups, and burpees. The trainer happily modifies the workouts to make sure beginners and injured students are comfortable. After a five-minute cool-down session, students can strut out of class with a new sense of confidence and a souvenir jar of their own sweat. In addition to helping individuals reach their health goals, Julie has spent four seasons with Team in Training in order to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
