Breakfast served all day long. A row of regulars teasing the waitress in between sips of coffee. And a humble name. Dinky Diner is a true slice of Americana. Owner Mike Edlund was the first customer when the diner opened in 2005, and he jumped at the chance to take the helm in 2012. Together, he and his staff continue to make the eatery a place that feels like home, for both travelers and locals alike, without giving them a list of chores when they walk through the door. Nestled in the corner of a minimart, the restaurant's seating is limited, yet everyone is welcome to eat in or carry out from a menu of archetypal dishes such as patty melts, country fried steaks, and biscuits and gravy.
