Initially, I was told the car would be ready at 11:00 a.m. When I dropped it off, I was told noonish. Actually noone called to say it was ready until 1:15 p.m. They did a great job though.

Manager was very accommodating, I brought in my groupon with only a few days left to expiry, he was able to fit two vehicles in to get them detailed. They did a fantastic job on both vehicles. Would recommend them very highly.
