Marked my Groupon as redeemed, never performed the service,. Unable to get a hold of anybody - phone number and website are no longer working, stole my money - no way to contact them. Groupon is not refunding me because the voucher is marked redeemed. This is an internal and external window washing I would think I would’ve known if somebody came to my house and washed my windows.

These guys just said I redeemed my coupon. We've not even talked to each other. SCAMMERS! I call them and leave a message. They leave a message telling me to call another number. That number won't take messages. Rinse and repeat half a dozen times. And now the LIE and say they did the service.

I have left NUMEROUS phone calls for a call back to set an appointment for the gutter clean program I purchased. Groupon should be doing business with businesses that cannot meet their obligations. Last time I buy anything thru Groupon
