They don't answer the phone plus they have a habit of not showing up. Was completely left in the dark and not able to talk with anyone. This company is a rip off. Disappointed that they did not show up. Ended up doing the cleaning myself.

They are complete scam. Very unprofessional. I purchased 3 hours deep cleaning service and schedule an appointment at 11am. The gentlemen over the phone said he will send his cleaning ‘crew’ with cleaning supply but around 12.15pm I received message from strange number texted me saying he has to take a bus to get to my place, he can’t call me directly because his phone doesn’t work if there is no internet. I asked his estimated time and he didn’t even know how long will it take him to get here. I just waisted my whole morning plus $192 for nothing. I finally had to call and cancel it because this is not what I agreed to. He said he will send cleaning crew at 11 am but it’s 1pm and one guys who’s taking a bus, also not knowing what kind of cleaning supply is he gonna bring. Vacuum, broom or piece of spray?? Very bizarre. I called them and their customer service refuse to give my money back by saying they provided me a service and already redeemed my voucher when they scheduled an appointment. What a lie and how disgusting. They are unprofessional for cleaning service but very professional for scamming your money. Please don’t purchase it here. Go somewhere else. I have never seen cleaning company like this.
