We focus on educating, encouraging, and empowering every woman who walks into our studio. We are here to help guide women to a deeper understanding and love of themselves no matter their shape or size. We strongly believe in self-expression and individuality.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We create a fun, supportive, educating, encouraging, and empowering environment for the students that will leave them with wanting more!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Pole Fitness has been a life changing practice for many women as it is an outlet & a way to escape from everyday life. I wanted the chance to share this with others. To find a new look on life as you discover what it means to love yourself and your body more than ever before.

What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that you are making an impact in that persons life is something u will always treasure. When a student comes to tell you "thank you" u know by the look in their eyes that u made a difference. I love everything about my job.
