Yankee Car Wash & Detailing, Dayton

This is a so-so car wash. It’s a shame because this area is seriously in need of a good full service car wash. I use the free vacuum before sending my car through the car wash. No one dries the car. They do offer interior cleaning but do such a poor job it’s not worth the price. They do a terrible job on windows especially.

This retailer marked my voucher as used when I did not use it.

The drive through wash left a long dark mark down the hood of my car (tar or grease based) which I noticed when I got home. It was fairly easy to rub off but should have been caught by the detailer who wiped down and vacuumed my car. I found 2 items outside my car on the ground when I was told my car was ready, My umbrella and the oil change notification sticker. I don't know what cleaner they used inside must have been vinegar based because the car has a distinct silicone/vinegar smell still today a day later. The littlest gripe is that he said the car was ready but left every door open and the wipers up so I did the walk around to closed everything up. Just not very professional.

They did a really nice job. I had the Platinum Ultimate Wash. I would return.
