A multilevel dining room and large wraparound bar overlook the sizeable centerpiece and open directly into the Marriott lobby, creating a spacious and social dining experience. Executive chef Matt Stellrecht mined his more than 20 years of experience in the hotel food industry to design an extensive menu of hearty sandwiches, seared seafood, and aged steaks. To ensure freshness, he sources the restaurant?s steaks locally and drizzles salads and his lettuce sous-chefs with boutique oils and vinegars from D?Avolio, a western New York?based distributor. Wines by the glass, draft beers, and specialty cocktails are readily available to pair with BlueFire?s refined culinary offerings.
