I want to say the cleaners were great and did a good job. I bought the groupon due to the low price for a 2-story, up to 2500 sq ft home. I think everyone should know what they don't tell you is that it only includes 5 rooms, regardless. I knew I needed to pay extra for stairs but it would have been nice to know that there was a room limit. The 3 stars are only for the cleaners, not the companys marketing, or lack thereof.

Absolutely scary and horrific experience.... paid extra $400 but grout was still dark at many locations. They ruined skirtings and left the whole area completely soaked ... forced to redeem voucher before the job and asked to sign $400 extra as area was more. But at the end threatened to rob the house, racial abuse and given verbal threats and created big drama outside the street till we gave $$$

Please be careful. Do not invite trouble to your house. We paid extra $400 above the Groupon to clean the grouts. 50 areas are still dirty. Damaged various corners of the house with machine. Was not allowing us to wait till floor dries to see grout colours... forced and scared us to hell by abusing at doors and giving verbal racial abuse and said go back to India... absolute horrible..videos taken
