For the first time, I think they were quite good. I am looking forward to using them again now that they are more familiar with our house.

The cleaners left my toilet blue after the cleaned it. They said they were sorry because they used sos pad and didn’t know how to remove the stain. They left the dirty mop bucket for me to dispose of. When she was sweeping, she left the pile for me to pick up. I would not use them again because I had to redo everything.

They cancelled on me the day of because they only had one cleaner available and she was not experienced enough. Then, I rescheduled for the following week and she said both would be there. Then, the day before, she said only one was coming and gave me her name. Then, a different person (not the one she had mentioned) showed up. She stated she only had 2 employees. Which one wasn't experienced enough and how did she gain that experience in one week? Very shady and unorganized. Will never use them again.

Great cleaning personnel. Couldn't be more please with Jenna's work. Flexible regarding my schedule and clued into my personal cleaning priorities. Most definitely, will have calm again.
