I had the full-body massage for 60 minutes and it was one of the best massages I've had in my life (on three continents) so far. Gentle but with enough pressure; she knew exactly what she was doing and where. This was not a wellness massage, this was the real deal! The room was clean and relaxing. Calm music in the background. I felt comfortable instantly. Chrystina is very pleasant to talk to, super friendly, calm, but very knowledgable and professional. I would definitely recommend her and will go back for that oh so wonderful feeling when she massaged my feet. No one has ever done my feet like her. Most others ignore the feet actually. You will not regret it! I didn't know that I had so many tight muscles in my body. She did a wonderful job. Thank you Chrystina! I wish I could afford to see you more often!
Chrystina is warm and welcoming and knowledgeable, and gives a awesome massage!
Chrystina was incredible! It was like a mixture of massage and physical therapy which is exactly what I needed for my injuries! I’ve had professional massages for many years and Chrystina was able to work on places that no other masseuse ever attempted, like my armpit area...who knew!? I will definitely return to Chrystina!
Chrystina pays close attention to the body’s tensions and works to relieve them with skilled hands. Great massage.
She is exceptional - the very best massage I have ever, ever experienced.
Very good massage. Very personable!
Excellent massage and great personality! Highly recommend.
Excellent post-10K massage. Chrystina really focused on the areas that were sore and was very knowledgeable about anatomy.
Will definitely go back to her again!

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My practice weaves deep tissue and Swedish techniques, yoga teacher training, some Chinese medicine (Cupping and Guasha) to help the body find ease. I trained in therapeutic massage at Downeast School of Massage and have since studied specific jaw/TMJ work and structural integration.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Becoming a massage therapist has been a life-long interest for me. I was the kid walking on her uncle's back and giving people shoulder rubs long before I knew what a trigger point was or how an electrical signal told a muscle to fire. Prior to massage, I worked in corporate sustainability.
What do you love most about your job?
_I love working with people of all backgrounds and intentionally welcome folks of any identity, especially those who are all too commonly marginalized. _
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Previous to working with Chrystina, I just avoided lifting my arm over my head."
