The place was very busy and had two new trainees and only one person with experience. I got a few cute photos, but we were there for two hours. There were also only three card options. We still got a good deal, but I’d advise not going around Christmas time on a weekend.

We arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment, no one was checking people in. 3 other families came in, we all just sat down. When someone did come to the front desk to start checking people in, instead of asking who was here 1st she just checked the next family who literally had just walked in. They were also taken ahead of my family. Apparently We had same appointment time. Pictures felt rushed
