make sure you are getting the wash you paid for. they sometimes forget when the wash is finished and you need to know what came with your wash. I have had this problem on two occasions.

Was an express detail service and they didn't clean or wipe down my interior or backside of my side mirrors. Came home and cleaned up after them.

Was disappointed with the shampooing of my carpet---he didn't clean my vinyl floor mats. I had to go home and clean them myself

Wax was left on the car in various areas. I had to have the car vacuumed twice and the front window was all streaked! The guy inspected the car and said it was ready but yet I had all the things redone which I mentioned before taking the car.

The only thing that bothered me is they said it'd only take about 30 mins and I was there for atleast an hour.

The groupon was a great value, but although my package didn't include leather seat cleaning, I feel they could have easily made an attempt to clean the milk mess my 2 year old left me in my backseat. Instead, I felt dissatisfied they couldn't have spent an extra 5 min just making it look fantastic!

I've always loved Octopus Car Wash and have gone their regularly to get my car detailed approximately every three months. This last experience using my groupon was the worst by far in the last three years of going here. I'm not sure if it was because I used a groupon or because I just had a less motivated person cleaning my car. I have another groupon for my husband to use so we will see how that one goes.
