It was ok. We came as a group from work and all had the basic equipment. They threw us in there with kids with $1500 guns and all geared up. We asked if ca just be us since we had 10 people with us. They were tryna charge an extra $300. Then they finally gave us a good ref and he took us out for a 5v5. But it just seemed like I was be an inconvenience when we did the same thing with no problem.

The reason your voucher says it was used is because we send you your valid Paintball E-tickets the day after your purchase. Your Groupon voucher is not valid at the location only your Paintball E-Tickets are. The email is sent the morning after your purchase and comes from admin@paintballtickets.com. The subject title is "Your Paintball Tickets Are Here!" Please look for this email as this will give you access to the actual digital ticket you will need to bring with you on your day of play. That ticket also includes all the information you will need to go including all the locations, cost of ammo, what to wear and the specifics for each location in your area. Our staff is here 7 days a week to assist you and are happy to help you find this email if you can't locate it. We can be reached at 1-877-391-5911 option #4 to speak directly with a customer service representative. Once we locate your E-tickets you will find you have not used any of your tickets and they are waiting for your use in your Paintball Tickets link sent to you in this email. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you with finding your tickets. Hopefully this will change your star rating for us since you will see your tickets are all waiting for your use.
