They Canceled my Tour Twice stating not enough signed up on different days. If I had known they would never host the events on multiple days I would have booked another excursion but waiting a day out to cancel its to late to find other excursions when others plan months in advance.
Everything was also done by email. I had no live customer support.

This tour was nothing like the description. We only went to four stops not seven. Do not waste your time or money.

Terrible! They never had dates available to take the tour. They would confirm your tour then a few days later email you saying not enough people signed up to take this tour so its cancelled. This Groupon just ended up expiring.

As other online reviewers have said, very unreliable company. Cancelled last minute. No contact. Shouldn't be offered on Groupon, looks like many people who buy it are disappointed

Our tour guide was fun and informative! The samples were large, we loved the information about the history of Georgetown from our tour guide.

We did the cupcake tour with William and had a great time! Tour guide was very knowledgeable about Georgetown, so it was nice to eat delicious food and learn more about the area. Fun and entertaining, would definitely recommend!

This was my second Georgetown Chocolate tour. Our guide was fantastic. She made sure to wait for stragglers when stopping to share information about the area. There were four stops on the tour. Before the tour began, I thought there should be more stops. By the end of the tour, I discovered that each place was special. I had a great time. Loved our guide. She was so informative and very receptive to questions. Take a tour! You won't regret it!
Best Tours introduces locals and visitors to the best food, coffee, and desserts in five cities—New York, Chicago, DC, New Orleans, and London. During the walking tours, groups of up to 20 people promenade through the cities' scenic neighborhoods, stopping to sample New York's cream cheese-smeared bagels, London's fish and chips, DC's artisan chocolates, and Chicago’s sausage-flavored lampposts. During tours, which occur rain or shine, participants are encouraged to wear walking-appropriate attire such as comfortable shoes.
