Meat sticks to the rib bone, but still is moist and tender.
It was a super cool experience. The history lesson at the start. The tasting bring able to ask questions to people that had a hand in making the whiskey we drank. And finally the atmosphere was amazing. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!
