I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years

Excellent, professional and quick service! They reached out to me first thing in the AM and was patience with me even after my initial BP was slightly elevated due to me rushing to taking the reading before work. lol. Once I got home, I retook my BP which was within normal level. I had to step out of a meeting for my consultation. It was very thorough, but quick and professional. Meds arrived fast

This experience it has truly changed my whole perspective it has help me shift my mindset gain mentally clarity,approach challenges with a calm mindset, confidence and manage my thoughts in way that supports my growth Personally and Professionally.
