The entire experience was excellent. First, the tour with an education on the processes for distillation of various spirits, equipment used, their facilities, and the answers to various questions was very good. Second, the description of the history and evolution of their business helped in the appreciation of their efforts in growing their business. Finally, their description of the various spirits in the tasting flight was a great help in deciding on favorites as we tried their various products. The staff was also helpful, friendly, and we enjoyed their company. The top rating for food was actually for the spirits since no other food was consumed.
