When you visit The Kolour Lab, book with Ebony. My silk press turned out AMAZING!!! My hair hasn’t been pressed and trimmed in over 2 years. I’ve looked all over for a new salon and stylist to maintain my hair, I usually maintain it myself. This was my first visiting The Kolour Lab and it definitely won’t be my last. Ebony communicated well. She was patient, kind, and welcoming. This Groupon was also very helpful if you’re not trying to break your pockets while still receiving an awesome service!

Addis is an amazing hair stylist and did a great job on my hair. That being said, I could tell she wasn’t happy I had a Groupon. Not all of the services included in the offer were provided. I was also charged extra on top of what I already paid for the Groupon. I think this will be my last time using Groupon for salon services because the service providers often seem frustrated when they find out it’s a Groupon and it just makes the whole experience uncomfortable. Finally, Addis is a great stylist and I will definitely do my hair with her again, just not through Groupon.
