The service was great. I had the package and everyone of the technicians provided great service. From I entered the facility until I left, the customer service was on point.
This was way beyond customer service!! I got an email since my phone had global issue with NO cellular service. I was given several time-slots for my appointment, front desk was superb giving me directions to the salon from the garage.. I absolutely love this place!!
Chanel is a great stylist that takes time to give you information on best services and styles based on your hair texture and look you’re trying achieve. Bonus that she focuses on hair health too so definitely will be back.
I got a great hair cut, Brazilian blowout, and root color at Salon O Tony. It was my third time at the busy salon and the experience was easy, efficient and results were just what I wanted. I highly recommend this salon.
