Apple Bottom University is not only going to help you sculpt, shape and tighten your backside but we are a new, unique approach to fitness! Our clients don’t just get a regular 1 hour workout but our experienced coaches give you 24/7 guidance on nutrition to help you better achieve your goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Since our coaches live & breath fitness themselves, as competitors & trainers, we provide constant education & guidance to your clients that participate in our classes on a daily basis to help keep them on their goals. Along with constant posts on social media regarding workout, diet & cooking tips.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My own personal transformation was my inspiration. I used to be so unmotivated and unhealthy. Fitness and health transformed my life, both physically and mentally, into something so positive and uplifting that I wanted to spread that to others.

What do you love most about your job?
When someone says, because of you, I look and feel great! Words can’t describe how big I want ABU to be and how many women I want to help reach their goals like I do for myself on a daily basis. For me it’s not about money, it’s about helping others feel good about themselves from the inside, out.
