I have taken several different tours of the bay, and this was by far the most satisfying. you get to be so close to the water because of the size of the boat and the captain is extremely knowledgeable and interesting. i will definitely do another tour with them. we lucked out and took a 4pm tour, which meant we returned in the dark. the bay is a whole different place at night. highly recommended!

About Bay Voyager

Though Captain Charles Jennings' former life includes stints as first officer and tugboat engineer, he now exclusively leads tours of San Francisco Bay on his 28-foot custom-built, U.S. Coast Guard–approved rigid inflatable boat. He calls upon his previous maritime experience when passing sites such as the SS Jeremiah O'Brien, which he served during the 50th anniversary of Normandy Invasion. He also regales passengers with the bay's history, and legend while the boat skims the water at up to nearly 40 miles per hour, courtesy of its 300-horsepower Yamaha engine.
