This was my first time doing Bikrsm yoga and I was quite nervous about it. From the moment I stepped in the door Stephen, my instructor, set me at ease and guided me effortlessly through the entire 90 minute session. It was a super tough workout, but I can see how this will improve my over all health over time. I am looking forward to practicing this type of yoga.

Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat and towel (similar to Bikram yoga), and each low-impact session is designed to strengthen the core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.

The schedule includes early-morning as well as evening classes throughout the week. Each class is open to first-time students as well as experienced practitioners.

Over the course of 90 minutes, the studio's instructors lead students through 26 deep bends, twists, and stretches, each of which strengthens specific muscle groups throughout the body, boosts circulation, and promotes healthy organ function. Aside from the established sequence of asanas, the defining characteristic of Bikram yoga is the intense heat of the room, which bolsters flexibility by loosening taut muscles while encouraging cleansing perspiration. The studio’s air-flow system ensures that the room remains clean, as do the nonabsorbent, bacteria-free floors.
