About Boca Brickhouse
Instead of advocating for long, boring stints on the treadmill, the instructors at Boca Brickhouse aim to transform all aspects of their clients' lives so they can live more healthfully. Their fitness programs were designed by Kirk Kochte, a 20-year veteran of the US Navy who prepared recruits for the physical demands of military life. In doing so, he developed a system that focuses on what he calls "real-world movement." Today, his staff leads group, private, and sports-specific fitness sessions and nutritional counseling for kids and adults.
