About CrossFit Memphis
CrossFit Memphis is a CrossFit gym, which means exercisers gather regularly for intense, rigorous workouts that change up every day. Most opt for the regular WOD, or "workout of the day" CrossFit sessions, which might incorporate anything from pull-ups to powerlifting to sprinting, but competitive athletes can train in Competitor and Weightlifting sessions.
