Guests work in small groups with a certified trainer who challenges students of all levels with high-intensity interval training and plyometrics. Students must sign up for their session in advance, and can choose to start on the first of July, August, September, October, or November. Classes meet at the Vienna and Ashburn locations at 8 a.m. on Saturdays, and at the South Riding location at 6 a.m. or 6 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
