Great atmosphere... It was Japanese. Truly gave you the feeling of eating in Japan, not an Asian Restaurant serving Japanese food. Service was Good and the Food was Great.

About Koharu Restaurant

Koharu Restaurant brings the flavors of Japan to Washington. The chef's station is housed off by a wooden roof that matches the chair sets. Here, the sushi experts whip together maki rolls, sashimi, and nigiri along with other Japanese plates, such as:

  • Beef Sukiyaki: Beef is marinated and cooked with vegetables in a soy sauce broth with noodles. Soba noodles may be used upon request

  • Combinations: A choice of protein (such as beef, chicken, salmon, or vegetables) is served marinated in teriyaki with a side of rice, salad, miso soup, kobachi, and jello
