I am so happy this place offered a groupon, otherwise I would've never heard of this place. The instructors here really challenge you and give your body what you signed up for! Everything is super clean and the room is bright. Shout out to Ashley - my booty was feeling it!
Great class!! All the trainers are super energetic and push you to your limits (in a great way)! The classes are always fun and you never have to worry about doing the same repetitive exercises.
Bring water and towel!
