Movement With Purpose operates out of a private boutique gym offering two small group classes and a distinctive personal training style. These training methods are designed to complement each other, enhance athletic function, and most importantly, improve lifestyle.

X-Circuit: an invigorating full body workout that provides everything you need in 50 minutes! This class aims to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) by applying interval training on the treadmill and resistance training on the floor. We incorporate a variety of exercises and equipment to hit every single muscle in a circuit style fashion. ​ Hybrid Strength (HSTR): 50-minutes of integrative body work focused on building strength and endurance, while reinforcing muscular balance. ​ Personal Training: extremely unique one-on-one sessions dedicated to the essential foundation of human biomechanics to improve posture, mobility, and gait (walking/running). If you are someone who has suffered from joint or muscular pain or an active individual attempting to fix and better your performance, these types of sessions are for you (By Appointment Only​​).

About Movement With Purpose

Luis Sanchez is the owner/founder of Movement With Purpose. He grew up playing soccer and had the opportunity to play at the college level for 2 years. ​ In 2011, Luis obtained his personal training certification from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and also holds his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. ​ As an undergrad, he spent a year and a half researching Heart Rate Variability, which he continues being involved in. As an avid runner with a strong understanding in human physiology and biomechanics, Luis pursues his own research to accurately improve people’s cardiorespiratory fitness and biomechanics. With eight years of training experience, visionary knowledge, and undertaking the complexity of human movement to educate, teach, and decipher issues amongst his own clients is how Luis not only separates himself from the crowd, but fuels the fire to his purpose.
