What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
From a current client, “This studio is unique in Virginia Beach because they offer so many different exercise routines. You can do Mat Pilates, Barre classes, and Equipment Pilates classes with the Reformers, Cadillac, Tower Trainer, and Barrels. It is so clean and new and the prices are super low!”

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We improve people’s lives. We make them want come back because of results. Quote from client, “Did I mention how Pilates has toned my body in a way I didn’t know was possible despite the countless weight training I attended. Jennifer meets you where you are (physically and emotionally).

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Jennifer believes that exercise should be results-oriented without being debilitating. Make your exercise a part of your daily routine. She likes to keep pilates fresh, fun and exciting. Jennifer belongs to the Virginia Beach P.E.O. Chapter and Tidewater Officers’ Spouses’ Association.

What do you love most about your job?
Jennifer loves to train athletes and those that want to improve their lives. She owned and operated a private pilates studio in the Los Angeles area for over 10 years. Jennifer loves pilates and barre. She holds current certifications in STOTT, BARRE, SPIN, American Council on Exercise, and CPR.
